Directions to Mill Lane House
We are located just off the Sallins Road (R407) on the old Mill Lane on our own mature site. From the M7 Southbound take Exit 9 for Naas North or from the M7 Northbound take Exit 10 for Naas South and drive to North Main Street. Keep McDonalds to your left at Poplar Square, continue on past the Church (on your left) on the Sallins Road (R407) and take the next left turn after a set of small pedestrian traffic lights. Turn left onto Mill Lane. When you turn left onto Mill Lane watch out for the turn to the right for the old Mill Lane (don’t go straight on as you might be inclined to – if you reach the Mill Lane Manor Nursing Home you have gone too far). We are the first house on the left with a stone entrance. If there is no answer from the hall door try us on 045 897257.
Naas is only 40KM from Dublin Airport (35 mins), 35KM from Dublin Port and 45KM from Dun Laoghaire Port.
The B&B accommodation is an ideal stopping point for tourists both arriving to and departing from Ireland, with access via the N7/M7 and M50. There are excellent bus and train links to the town and we can also arrange transport to and from your arrival point.
From the airport take the green Dublin Coach www.dublincoach.ie service 726 direct to Naas for €10 or the JJ Kavanagh Service (via Dublin City) www.jjkavanagh.ie
From the City Centre take the 126 Bus Eireann http://www.buseireann.ie/pdf/1324572943-126.pdf service which runs all day and on weekends. We are a 5 min walk from Poplar Square.
Local Area - Things to do in Naas & Kildare
County Kildare is known worldwide as the home of horse racing at the Curragh, Punchestown and Naas Racecourses. In addition, the world famous Ryder Cup was staged in 2006 at the nearby K Club and there are many excellent golf courses locally.
Naas town is a thriving town with over 22,000 people and is only 40 minutes from Dublin City Centre. There are excellent restaurants and pubs in the town all serving top quality food and beverages. The Kildare Village outlet stores in Kildare town (exit 13 off the M7) is 15mins away and is retail heaven for shoppers with the added incentive of offering tax back on purchases.
